Jennifer Rade : Home

Costume Designer Jennifer Rade has spent the past 10 years working on everything from big-budget music videos to high profile commercials and red carpet events. She has been the "Style Expert" on many television shows including "Confessions of A Teen Idol", "Shop Like A Star", "Fashion Police", and "Project Runway". She has also co-hosted the "TV Guide Fashion Wrap" with Lisa Rinna throughout Award Season for the past 2 years. Jen has also been a corporate spokesperson and hosted events for companies such as Gap, Gap Body, Tiffany, Caress, Marshall Fields, and Macy's. Currently, she is the Style Ambassador for the high-end sunglass boutique Ilori and has participated in store openings with them around the country. And this Fall, Jen can be seen in MTV's upcoming primetime TV series "Styl'd".

One of the busiest stylists working today, Jennifer's clientele has ranged from A-list star Angelina Jolie, to musicians Marilyn Manson, Dave Matthews, Amy Winehouse, Mötley Crüe, Tina Turner, and P!nk. She has worked with photographers such as David LaChappelle, Mario Testino, Andrew Macpherson, and Bryan Adams, and her work has been featured in many publications including W, Marie Claire, GQ, Esquire, and Harper's Bazaar. She also has a long list of commercial credits including US Bank, Microsoft, Blackberry, Apple iPod, and Target, for which she won the Costume Designer's Guild Award for Best Commercial Design.

Event at "The Way We Wore" Vintage Boutique!! - 4/22/2009: Jen joined designers from all around the country for the "Out of the Ordinary" event at Doris Raymond's Los Angeles boutique The Way We Wore. At this event, designers took vintage pieces and transformed them into one-of-a-kind items to be auctioned off on eBay. Proceeds from the event benefited "Future Fashion" an Earth Pledge Initiative. Ilori Opens New Store in San Francisco! - 4/16/2009: Jen joined the team at Ilori for the grand opening of their new store on Post Street in San Francisco! She helped shoppers pick out the perfect pair of sunglasses and talked about the industry's latest trends. Jen had a great time with all of Ilori's clientele, especially Peg Purcell, owner of the San Francisco specialty hats store, Hats On Post. Jen is Ilori's New Brand Ambassador!! - 4/7/2009: Jen was just named the new Brand Ambassador for the incredible eyewear company, Ilori! (Check out the article here!) She will be working with the company and hosting Ilori boutique openings throughout the country for next year! Ilori is an amazing store featuring the best sunglasses on the planet!! The first event is next Thursday, April 16th, in San Francisco. Jen will be doing interviews and press and pictures will be posted here soon.
